1/2 Beef Package

You pay the $600 deposit and we secure an appointment for processing. Processing dates take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to secure once we call. Our team will deliver the animal on the appointment date and processing begins. The processor ages the beef for 7 days before completing processing. The total time from drop off to pick up is about 2 weeks. When your beef is ready at the processor, we will invoice you the remaining balance. Once paid, your beef will be ready for pickup. You can expect your beef in 30-45 days from the time you pay the deposit.

You will receive approximately 200 pounds of beef. This will last a family of four about 6-10 months.

You will receive:

• 9 Filets
• 5 Sirloins
• 11 NY Strips
• 10 Ribeyes
• 8 Bone-In Round Steaks
• 7 Chuck Roast
• 4 Packages of Short Ribs (4 ribs/package)
• 1 Flank Steak
• 1 Skirt Steak
• 1 Brisket
• 1 Tri-Tip
• 100 lbs of Ground Beef

You will need about 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space to store our 1/2 Beef Package.
