1/4 Beef Package

You pay the $300 deposit and we will begin fulfilling your order. Depending on our inventory, it will take anywhere from 7-14 days. We typically keep quarters in our inventory. If we do need to process an animal, the wait time will be 30-45 days before your beef is ready. Feel free to reach out before ordering to get an estimated wait time.

You will receive approximately 100 pounds of beef. This will last a family of four about 4-6 months.

You will receive:

• 4 Filets
• 3 Sirloins
• 5 NY Strips
• 5 Ribeyes
• 4 Bone-In Round Steaks
• 4 Chuck Roast
• 2 Packages of Short Ribs (4 ribs/package)
• 50 lbs of Ground Beef

You will need about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space to store our 1/4 Beef Package.
