Whole Beef Package

You pay the $1,200 deposit and we secure an appointment for processing. We will send over a cut sheet to be completed before we take your animal for processing. We are happy to help and make suggestions regarding cuts. Our team delivers the animal on the appointment date and processing begins. The processor ages the beef for 7 days before completing processing. The total time from drop off to pick up is about 2 weeks. When your beef is ready at the processor, we will invoice you the remaining balance. Once paid, your beef will be ready for pickup. You can expect your beef in 30-45 days from the time you pay the deposit.

You will receive approximately 400 pounds of beef. This will last a family of four about 10-12 months.

You will need about 12-15 cubic feet of freezer space to store a Whole - yielding 400 pounds of beef. If you are splitting the whole with friends or family, the required freezer space will be less.

Filets, Sirloins, NY Strips, Ribeyes, Round Steak, Flank and Skirt Steak, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Tri-Tip, Short Ribs and Brisket

If you follow the above cuts, you will receive about 200 pounds of Ground Beef.

The less cuts you choose from the cut sheet we will provide you, the more ground beef you will have!

We are not currently offering shipping via UPS for our Whole Beef Package. Our team will deliver the beef if you are local to the North Texas and DFW Area. Reach out if you'd like your beef delivered and we will work something out!
